What are your office hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM and on Saturdays from 8AM to 2PM. We are closed on Sundays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your visit as convenient as possible. These include most major insurance providers, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash payments. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage or payment options, we are more than happy to assist you.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, Ambetter, Sunshine Health, Oscar-Cigna, Medicare, Devoted, and Medicaid.
How long does it typically take to get an appointment?
We strive to make healthcare accessible when you need it most, which is why we offer same-day appointments and accept walk-ins whenever possible.
Do you or your staff speak any languages besides English?
Yes, our staff speaks Spanish, French, and Creole in addition to English, allowing us to better serve our diverse community. We’re committed to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and understood, and we’re happy to accommodate language preferences whenever possible. If you need assistance in a specific language, please let us know when booking your appointment.
Do you offer in-house blood draws?
Yes, we offer in-house blood draws through our on-site lab, providing a convenient option for patients who need routine or diagnostic testing. This allows us to streamline your care and deliver results more efficiently. Please note that a $20 convenience fee applies for in-house lab services.
What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you can expect to meet with our provider, review your medical and surgical history, undergo a head-to-toe examination, and have your vital signs, weight, height, vision, and blood drawn. Please fast for 6-8 hours prior to your visit.
Will I need to fill out any paperwork?
To help ensure a smooth and efficient visit, we ask that you complete all necessary paperwork online prior to your appointment. This helps avoid delays and allows our team to prepare for your care in advance. If you're unable to complete the forms online, please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to fill them out in the clinic.
What should I bring to the appointment?
For your appointment, please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, co-pay (if applicable), and a current list of your medications and allergies. This information helps us provide the most accurate and effective care. If you have any recent medical records or test results relevant to your visit, feel free to bring those as well.
